Julie’s Pumpkin Squares

Mix together

2 c. sugar

4 eggs

15 oz. can pumpkin

1 c. oil

Then add:

2 c. flour

2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

1/4 tsp. ginger

1 tsp. soda

1/4 tsp. cloves

Bake 20-25 min @350 in jellyroll pan

 

Frosting: 4 oz. cream cheese, 1/4 c. butter, 2 tsp. vanilla, 2 c. powdered sugar. Spread when pumpkin squares are cool. YUMMM!
