BBQ RIBS (recipe from Tori Spainhower for the June Pioneer Picnic)
Large Pkg. Pork Ribs (from Costco)
2 T. Liquid Smoke
Famous Dave’s Barbeque Sauce (from Costco)
Boil Ribs for 1 to 1½ hours in large pot of water with Liquid Smoke (you can cut ribs so they will fit).
After boiling, marinate overnight in large zip lock bags with barbeque sauce.
Next day, line cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread ribs with barbeque sauce across it.
Bake at 250 to 300 degrees for 4 to 6 hours.
