Barbeque Chicken Pie – Larae Whale

2 cups cubed cooked Chicken                                   ¼ cup Barbeque Sauce

1 cup frozen whole kernel Corn (thawed)                  2 Eggs        

¼ cup chopped fresh Parsley                                    2 T. Barbeque Sauce

½ cup Bisquick Mix                                                  ¼ cup French-Fried Onions    

¾ cup Milk                                                              Additional Barbeque Sauce, if desired

 

*Heat oven to 400*.  Spray 9” glass pie plate with cooking spray.  Layer chicken, corn and 3 T. of the      parsley in pie plate.

*In medium bowl, stir Bisquick, milk, ¼ cup barbeque sauce and eggs with wire whisk till blended.  Pour into pie plate.

*Bake 28 to 32 min. till knife inserted in center comes out clean.  Brush 2 T. barbeque sauce over top of pie.  Sprinkle onions evenly over sauce.

*Bake 2 to 3 min. longer till onions are golden brown.  Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining 1 T. parsley.  Serve with heated barbeque sauce.
