Lasagna

1 lb. ground beef browned with onion

1 jar spaghetti sauce

1 box lasagna noodles

16 oz. cottage cheese

1 c. mozzarella cheese grated

1 c. cheddar cheese grated

If making it fresh: Boil noodles in pan according to directions on box. Mix spaghetti sauce with browned ground beef. Layer noodles, ground beef, cottage cheese, then cheeses, then repeat. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

If making it to freeze: Mix spaghetti sauce and ground beef, DO NOT cook noodles. Layer uncooked noodles, ground beef mixture, cottage cheese, then cheeses and repeat. Cover with freezer foil.

To Bake from Frozen: Bake at 300 for 3 hours or 350 for 2 hours.
