Cream Cheese<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">1 cup milk<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">&frac12; cup butter-one cube<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">1 teaspoon white pepper<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">&frac34; cup (or more) parmesan cheese or any Italian cheese (parmesan with mozzarella)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">1 16 oz. pkg of pasta (angel hair, fettucini, etc) <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Book Antiqua','serif';\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Cook 4 boneless chicken breasts by cutting into strips and saut&eacute;ing in olive oil or boil in water or microwave with seasoning. Cut chicken into chunks or strips. Season to your liking. (Chicken Montreal seasoning is good) Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well. In a sauce pan, heat cream cheese and butter, slowly add milk. Stir until all clumps are out, add cheese.
