This will keep the foil from sticking to the cheese. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Cook 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbling on the edges of the pan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Book Antiqua','serif';\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Shred a ball of lettuce and place on each plate. Serve enchiladas on the lettuce topped with sour cream! This is a full meal alone but you can add Spanish rice!
