Kosher salt (more or less, to taste)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 16.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif; color: #606060;\">Ground black pepper to taste<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 16.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif; color: #606060;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 13.5pt; line-height: 16.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif; color: #606060;\">Preheat oven to 400. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add potatoes and boil until tender. Meanwhile, saut&eacute; the onion, then add the celery.&nbsp; Saut&eacute; until the celery is still a little crunchy and barely tender.&nbsp; <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 16.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif; color: #606060;\">In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, chicken, vegetables, onion, celery and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 16.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif; color: #606060;\">Place one pie crust in the bottom of the pie pan, put in the filling, place the other pie crust on top and crimp the edges together.&nbsp; Cut a few slits in the top to vent it.&nbsp; <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 16.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif; color: #606060;\">Place pie plate\/individual pies on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
