font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\"><strong>Marinade<\/strong> for about 20 min with:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">1\/3 cup honey<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">&frac14; cup lime juice<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">1 TBSP chili powder<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">&frac12; tsp garlic powder<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">I usually mix it around really well and then cover it with plastic wrap<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Shredded Mexican Cheese<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Tortillas<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">1 large can of Macayo&rsquo;s green enchilada sauce (it tastes the best, but use whatever)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">1 green pepper (optional)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">1 red pepper (optional)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Corn (optional)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Black or Pinto Beans (optional)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Preheat oven to 350.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Spray the pans so the tortillas don&rsquo;t stick to it, and then pour some enchilada sauce in the bottom of the pan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Assemble the enchiladas with chicken and cheese, and whatever else you decide to fill them with.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Pour some more enchilada sauce on the top, making sure the tortillas all get some liquid on them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Sprinkle cheese on top&hellip; as much as you prefer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.&nbsp;
