Dijon mustard (or 1 tsp. dry)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">2 cloves garlic, minced<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Stir Fry Sauce<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">2 T. light soy sauce<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">2 T. brown sugar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">1\/2 tsp. rice wine vinegar<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">1. Dipping sauce &#8211; in a small bowl, dissolve sugar in hot water. Blend in remaining ingredients. Set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">2. Garlic mustard-sauce-mix ingredients until dissolved, set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">3. Stir fry sauce-blend ingredients, set aside<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Stir Fry Meat<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">3 T. sesame oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">3 T. olive oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">1 lb. ground turkey or chicken, or 3 uncooked chicken breasts, cut into 1\/2 inch cubes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">1 8-oz can slice water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">1\/2 c. mushrooms, minced<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">3 cloves garlic, minced<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">ice-berg lettuce from wrapping<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">In a large skillet heat sesame oil and 2 T. olive oil over medium heat. Add meat and stir fry 5 minutes or until done. Push meat aside and add remaining 1 T. of olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and stir fry sauce. Cook 4&nbsp; minutes, stirring frequently. Mix garlic mustard sauce and dipping sauce 1\/2 tsp at a time until desired flavor is reached.
