<\/span>Set aside.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Cut tomatoes.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Set aside in bowl.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Refrigerate.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Slice half the red onion (slice, dice, chop, sliver&hellip;..whatever you like).<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Set aside.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Slice potatoes into large bowl.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>It&rsquo;s good if they&rsquo;re still a little warm.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Drizzle potatoes with red wine vinegar and let set about 1 hour.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Chill.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>(You don&rsquo;t have to do this if you&rsquo;re in a rush&hellip;..just refrigerate whole salad after finishing it.)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Take potatoes out of fridge.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Add more vinegar to taste.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Chop green beans and asparagus into 1 inch pieces and add to potatoes.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Sprinkle again with red wine vinegar.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Add salt and pepper.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Toss.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Keep tasting.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">Add basil, red onion, tomatoes, and more salt and pepper.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Carefully toss with spatula so potatoes and tomatoes don&rsquo;t break down too much.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Drizzle whole salad with olive oil.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Give final toss.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Put in pretty bowl or platter.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Dress with extra green beans, asparagus, basil and sprinkling of salt, pepper, red wine vinegar, and oil.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;
