{"id":299,"date":"2011-01-22T21:21:00","date_gmt":"2011-01-22T21:21:00","guid":{"rendered":"\/post\/Breakfast-Frittata-Ward-Christmas-Breakfast.aspx"},"modified":"2011-01-22T21:21:00","modified_gmt":"2011-01-22T21:21:00","slug":"breakfast-frittata-ward-christmas-breakfast","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alpine9recipes.com\/?p=299","title":{"rendered":"Breakfast Frittata &#8211; Ward Christmas Breakfast"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">3\/4 bag of 24 oz. frozen hash browns (grated are best)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">1 cube butter<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">1 1\/2 cup cubed ham<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">1 c. swiss cheese<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">1 c. cheddar cheese<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">1 c. milk<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">6 large eggs<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif;\">Lightly spray 9 X 13 baking dish. Place potatoes in the bottom of pan and lightly salt and pepper. Slice butter over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes and remove. Sprinkle ham and cheese over potatoes. Mix eggs and milk and pour over other ingredients. Bake for 40 minutes.
