Stir in garlic and saute until lightly browned.<\/p>\n<p>Mix in quinoa, vegetable broth, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Once the quinoa is done, add corn and black beans.
