WARM water and, &nbsp;add 1\/3 c regular white sugar. <strong>Do Not add yeast until oatmeal is cooled<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">ADD TO BOSCH &nbsp; Add 2c. oatmeal to 3 1\/2 C <strong>boiling<\/strong> <strong>water &nbsp;<\/strong>(if water isn&#8217;t hot enough it doesn&#8217;t absorb the oatmeal as well)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Wait till it cools down to warm to add the rest of the ingredients. Too hot water will cook the yeast and kill it<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Step 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;When oatmeal has cooled down add<br \/> 4 teaspoons salt<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">1 1\/3 C Brown Sugar<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">6 Tablespoons oil (I&rsquo;ve used melted coconut oil, olive oil and canola oil and they all work great)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Yeast Mixture<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">Around 8 cups of flour (or maybe a little more depending on altitude and weather)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sometimes I&rsquo;ll use all 8 cups wheat flour (it makes a denser loaf that has a stronger taste)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: .5in; background-image: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;\">4 cups of wheat flour, 4 white flour (this is what I do most often. Just until dough rises above the top of the loaf pan.)
