Add frozen limeade, and cream and blend only until mixed then add ice cubes one or 2 at a time quickly. Pour immediately into a jell-o ring mold. Let sit about 10 minutes and serve. Use pineapple slices as garnish (It is important to have all ingredients assembled before you start.
