<\/span>Add bay leaves, ginger, garlic, &amp; green chili paste and saut&eacute;.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Add chopped onion and fry until golden.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Add tomato, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander and salt.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Fry until oil separates from the paste.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Add cashews.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Then add milk and &frac12; c water to make a thick gravy.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Bring to a boil.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Then add chicken pieces.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Reduce heat and stir gently.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Add cream and simmer until chicken is done and gravy is thick.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp;
