Obviously, you can use any colors you would like! I like these because you do not need to soften butter, or even use a mixer. <br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>2 cups uncooked quick cooking oats<br \/>1 &frac12; cups all-purpose flour<br \/>1 cup chopped pecans<br \/>1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar<br \/>1 teaspoon baking soda<br \/>1\/4 teaspoon salt<br \/>1 cup butter or margarine, melted<br \/>1 &frac12; cups candy coated chocolate pieces, divided<br \/>1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>Combine first 6 ingredients, stirring well. Add butter and stir or beat at low spead with an electric mixer until mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1 &frac12; cups crumb mixture, pressed remaining crumb mixture into a lightly greased 13&rdquo; X 9&rdquo; pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 &nbsp;minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>Place 1 cup of chocolate pieces in a microwave safe bowl and heat on HIGH for 1 to 1 &frac12; minutes. Use the back of a spoon to mash them. Stir in condensed milk. Spread mixture evenly over crust in pan leaving a &frac12;&rdquo; border on all sides.<br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>Combine remaining &frac12; cup chocolate pieces with reserved 1 &frac12; cups crumb mixture and crumble evenly over top. <br \/>&nbsp;<br \/>Bake at 350 degrees fro 25-28 minutes or until golden. Cool on a wire rack.
