{"id":846,"date":"2024-02-02T16:15:18","date_gmt":"2024-02-02T16:15:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alpine9recipes.com\/?p=846"},"modified":"2024-02-02T16:38:23","modified_gmt":"2024-02-02T16:38:23","slug":"sweet-potato-casserole-shanda-mills","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alpine9recipes.com\/?p=846","title":{"rendered":"Sweet Potato Casserole -Shanda Mills"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>4 c.&nbsp; sweet potatoes, cubed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/4 c. white sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 eggs, beaten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 tsp. salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 T. butter, softened<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 c. milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 tsp vanilla<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Topping:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 c. brown sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/3 c. flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 T. butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 c. chopped pecans<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Put sweet potatoes in pan with water&nbsp; to cover. Cook until tender, drain and mash. Mix together potatoes, white sugar, eggs, salt, butter, milk, vanilla. Put into 9X13 dish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Mix brown sugar and flour. Cut in butter until mixure is course. Stir in pecans.
