Kitchen Specialities Dough Enhancer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 T. salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 T. Kitchen Specialities Vital Wheat Gluten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 T.&nbsp; + 2 tsp. Instant Yeast ( you can mix yeast, water and honey until foamy, about 5 minutes, then add to other ingredients)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10-15 c. freshly milled whole wheat flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(with 1\/2 recipe add 2T. flax, with full recipe 5 heaping T. flax)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Water, oil, honey and salt, Kitchen Specialties Dough Enhancer, Vital Wheat Gluten, yeast and 6 cups flour in mixing bowl. Turn the machine to speed 1, then on speed 2 and continue to add flour until the dough begins to pull away from the sides of the bowl (6-8) minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put the dough into well greased pans immediately. Let the loaves rise until they are double in size.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
