Beef Stew- Aunt Michelle

1 1/2 pounds Stew meat

4 medium potatoes chopped

3 carrots chopped

3 stalks of celery chopped

 1 med. onion chopped

1 pkg mixed vegetables

Cook in crock pot about 5 hours

Salt and pepper to taste

After cooking for 5 hours mix in cornstarch for thickening and kitchen bouquet for brown gravy.
