Cathy’s Sour Cream Sugar Cookies – the best!

1 Cup Crisco

2 Cups Sugar

3 eggs

Mix

 

Add:

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 Cup of sour cream

Mix

 

Add:

5 to 6 Cups of flour so dough is stiff

 

Cover and put in fridge to chill for 1 to 2 hours

Roll out and cut with cookie cutters not thin!

 

Bake 350 for 8 minutes – cookies should be white

 

 

Frost with cream cheese frosting or your own white frosting
