SUPER EASY CHEESECAKE

(This recipe makes a 9×13 pan.  To serve in a cookie sheet, you need to 1 ½x the recipe)

3 – 8oz. Packages Cream Cheese, softened/room temp

4 cups Milk

4 TBL Sugar

2 Packages Instant Vanilla Pudding

 Graham Cracker Crust (1 package of crushed Graham Crackers, 1 cube of melted butter, ½ cup sugar, all mixed together and pressed down.  You may need to double it)

 

 

Cream the cheese with a beater.  Add half of the milk, then all the other ingredients.  Then add the rest of the milk and pour the mix over the graham cracker crust.  Sprinkle with extra crumbs from the crust.  Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
