VERALYNN’S PASTA SALAD – AnneMarie

 

2 cups Elbow Macaroni

12 Hardboiled Eggs, sliced and diced

½ Purple Onion, diced

½ Green Pepper, diced

1 Cucumber, diced

3 Tomatoes, diced

 

SAUCE

1 cup Mayo

2 tsp Lemon Juice

2 tsp Worcestershire

2 TBSP Ranch Dressing

3 TBSP Mustard

½ tsp Horseradish

 

 

Cook and drain the pasta.  Mix the sauce together, add all the veggies and eggs, stir it all together.  Place a few egg slices on top of salad for presentation.  Sprinkle with some paprika.
