TORTELLINI SOUP

1 lb. ground beef browned  with garlic salt to taste

4 cups water

8 beef bouillon cubes

2 cans stewed tomatoes

12 oz. can tomato juice

3/4 tsp. dried basil

1/2 tsp. dried oregano

1 tsp. sugar

1/4 tsp. dried thyme

 

Brown ground beef.  Add all ingredients in soup pan.  Bring to a boil and then simmer for 45 min on low. 

 

Cook one pkg. of Tortellini  according to pkg. directions and add to soup mixture before serving.
