Pineapple Bliss Cupcakes – Julie Bonner

1 Box (Betty Crocker’s) Super Moist yellow cake mix
20 oz  can crushed pineapple in juice ( do not drain)

Combine both ingredients in a large bowl.  Mix on medium speed with electric mixer.  Pour into lined cupcake tins about 2/3 full.  Bake in accordance with cake mix directions on box.

                                  Pineapple Fluff Cream Cheese Frosting

8 oz Philadelphia 1/3 less fat cream cheese
20 oz can crushed pineapple .  Drained very well!
3/4 cup marshmallow cream

     Combine cream cheese, crushed and drained pineapple and marshmallow cream in a medium bowl with a hand mixer until well blended.  Refrigerate in an air-tight container until ready to eat.  Frost cupcakes and ENJOY!
