VERY MIXED UP VEGGIES (choose any combination of the following FRESH veggies)

Carrots                Green Beans                    Sugar Snap Peas             Yellow or Zucchini Squash

Broccoli              Asparagus Pieces               Onion Chunks                 Bell Pepper  (any color)

 

In large pot of boiling water, add carrots (they take the longest to cook).  When slightly tender, add green beans for about 2 minutes.  Then add broccoli for about 1 minute.  Drain water. 

 

Add additional “faster cooking” veggies, plus olive oil, butter, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian Seasoning (all to taste). 

 

Stir occasionally over med. heat until veggies are all heated through.  The combination of flavors is so delicious!
