Lemon Mustard Salad Yield: 50 Servings
Salad: 1 lb. Mixed Greens 2 cups Pomegranate Seeds
2 cups Roasted Hazelnuts, chopped 2 cups Stone Ground Mustard Vinaigrette
2 cups Sliced Pears
Combine all ingredients (chop the pears and hazelnuts) in a large bowl. Set aside while you make the vinaigrette.

Lemon Juice Whole-grain Mustard
Apple Cider Vinegar Dijon Style Mustard
Olive Oil Minced Garlic
Canola Oil Salt and Pepper to taste
