Hershey Kiss Cookies – Joshua Leishman

½ c. butter

1/3 c.  peanut butter

½ c. sugar

½ c. brown sugar

1 egg

1 t. vanilla

1 3/4 c.  flour

1 t. soda

½ t. salt

 

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars.  Beat in egg and vanilla.  Add dry ingredients and mix.  Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar.  Place on greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 375 for 8 minutes.  Remove from oven and put a Hershey kiss on the cookie.  Return to oven and bake 3 more minutes or until golden brown.
