Pumpkin Sour Cream Pancakes- Shirley Adolphson

1 c. flour

1 T. baking powder

¼ tsp. salt

2 T. sugar

1 egg

1 c. milk or buttermilk

¼ c. sour cream

¼ c. canned pumpkin

1 T. butter, melted

1 tsp. vanilla

 

Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and pour on griddle.
