Texas Sheet Cake from Brownie Mix

4 cups Brownie Mix

½ c. margarine

1 c. water

½ c. sour cream

2 eggs

1 tsp. baking soda

 

Icing:

3 cups powdered sugar

½ c. evaporated milk

½ c. margarine

3 T. cocoa

1 c. chopped nuts

1 tsp. vanilla

 

Put Brownie Mix in a large bowl. In a small saucepan, bring margarine and water to a boil. Add to mix . Add sour cream, eggs and soda. Blend well. Pour into large cookie sheet with edges. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees. Frost cake while still hot.

 

In a small saucepan, bring evaporated milk, margarine and cocoa to a boil. Remove from heat. Add to powdered sugar in a medium bowl. Stir in nuts and vanilla.
