Cumin Rice and Black Beans – Cindy Leishman

Saute for 30 seconds:1 T. olive oil

                                    1 minced clove garlic

                                    1 tsp. cumin

 

Stir in 1 c. long rice, 3 c. chicken broth, ½ tsp. salt, ¼ tsp. pepper. Cook 20 minutes until rice is done. Add 2 cups cooked black beans.
