Aunt Michelle’s Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Meat Balls:

1 lb. ground beef

½ c. dry bread crumbs

¼ c. milk

1 tsp. salt

½ tsp. worcestershire sauce

1 egg

Mix all together and shape into small meatballs and brown in skillet. Drain grease from meatballs and pour sauce over the meat balls. Cook on low about 3 hours.

 

Sweet and Sour Sauce

½ c. brown sugar

2 T. corn starch

1 can pineapple chunks (13 ¼ oz. can)

1/3 c. vinegar

1 T. soy sauce

1 green pepper coarsely chopped
