Caramel- Laurels Class

3 c. cream

2 c. sugar

2 c. karo syrup

2 T. butter

¾ tsp. salt

 

Cook 1 cup of the cream with all remaining ingredients over medium heat to soft ball. Add 1 more cup cream and cook to a soft ball again. Add remaining 1 c. cream and cook once again to soft ball.
