6 Week Muffin Mix- Naida Tims
4 c. all bran
2 c. 40% bran flakes
1 quart buttermilk
4 eggs
5 c. flour
1 c. raisins
Boil 2 c. water, remove from stove. Add 5 tsp. soda/cool. Cream 1 c. butter with 2 c. sugar. Add 4 eggs, mix well. Add 4 c. all bran, 2 c. 40% bran flakes, 1 scant tsp. salt and 1 quart buttermilk. Add flour, mix all together. Add water and soda, will keep 6 weeks in tightly closed container. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
