Turkish Rice – Dee Dee Taylor

Put a little oil in a skillet and heat until warm. Add 1 c. long grain rice and stisr until oil has coated the rice. Add a little dehydrated onion and 2 c. water and two bouillon cubes, add a hand full of pine nuts and a hand full of currents. Cover and cook until tender. Optional add mushrooms or slivered almonds.
