Covered Bridge Canyon Beef Nacho Casserole

1 lb. hamburger

1 jar chunky salsa

1 c. frozen sweet corn thawed, drained

¾ Miracle Whip

1 T. chili powder

2 C. crushed tortilla chips (divided)

2 C. shredded cheese (yellow and white)

Heat oven to 350.

Brown meat, drain, stir in salsa, corn, salad dressing, and chili powder. Layer ½ each of meat mixture, chips, and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 20 minutes

Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and sliced olives.
