Cheesy Ham and Potato Soup – Kelli Lysy

4 ½ cups diced potatoes

¼ c. chopped onion

¾ c. chopped celery

¾ c. grated carrots

1 c. chopped broccoli

Salt/pepper

2 cups more water

1 c. diced ham

4 tbsp. flour

2 ¼ c. milk

¾ lb. Velveeta cheese

Simmer vegetables in water until tender.  Add ham. Blend milk into flour. Add to vegetables.  As it thickens, add cheese.  Stir until melted.
