Chicken Cordon Bleu – Cindy Leishman

3 boned chicken breasts, cut in half
6 pieces processed ham
6 slices swiss cheese
Sprinkle a little thyme or tarragon spice and salt over cheese before rolling

 

Put cheese and ham on top of chicken and roll up. Pur seam side down in casserole dish. Mix 1/2 pint of sour cream with 1 can of chicken soup. Pour over chicken, cover and bake 70 minutes at 300 degrees.
