Orange Jello Salad – Cindy Leishman

2 pkgs. orange jello

1 (12 oz.) can frozen oranage juice

4 c. boiling water

Dissolve jello in water, then add orange juice.

After orange juice is melted, add:

4 cans mandarin oranges, drained

2 cans pineapple chunks or crushed, drained

 

Refrigerate until set.

Mix one small package of instant lemon pudding with one cup cold milk. Thicken and add one 8 ounce carton of Cool Whip. Spread on top of set salad.
