The Easiest Taco Soup Ever – Cindy Leishman
1 lb. lean ground beef or sausage
1 biggest can tomatoe juice or V-8
1 can tomato soup
1 can kidney beans (undrained)
1 can pinto beans (undrained)
1 can black-eyed peas (undrained)
1 can corn
1 to 2 T. sugar
A squirt of ketchup
½ envelope taco seasoning
1 tsp. chili powder to taste
Cheese
Fritos
Brown the beef or sausage in a large kettle. Add the next 10 ingredients; bring to a slow simmer. Top each bowl of soup with grated cheese and broken Fritos.
