Elizah’s Favorite Crepes – Cindy Leishman

4 large eggs

1 ½ c. milk; more if needed

1 ½ c. all-purpose flour

¼ tsp. salt

2-3 T. for basting crepe maker or frying pan.

 

Combine the eggs and milk in a blender. Add the flour and salt and mix on high speed until smooth.

Pour onto greased crepe maker or frying pan. Cook on both sides. We love crepes with strawberries and whip cream or raspberries and bananas.
