Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts – Jared Leishman
1 lb. Bacon
3 cans Whole water chestnuts (8 oz. cans)
¾ cup Ketchup
¾ cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Soy sauce
Cut bacon into 1/3 strips each. Wrap water chestnuts with bacon and secure with toothpick. Back @ 375° for 20—25 min. Drain fat and loosen from pan. Dip in sauce and return to pan. Bake @ 350° for 20 min.
