Whole Wheat Bread – Claudia Borden

Ingredients:

6 cups  Hot water

2/3 cups           Canola Oil

2/3 cups           Honey

2 T.      Vital wheat gluten

2 T.      Salt

3 T.      SAF Yeast

3 T.      Dough Enhancer

Directions:

Add flour until it cleans the edges. Pour into 4 large or 5 regular loaves. Slit the tips. Let rise. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
