Sicilian Supper – Cindy Leishman

Ingredients:

1 lb.      Ground beef

1-6 oz.  Tomato past

½ cup    Chopped onion

1 ½       tsp. Salt

½ cup    Parmesan cheese

¾ cup    Water

¼ tsp.   Pepper

1-8 oz.  Pkg. noodles, cooked

1 ¼ cup Milk

12 oz.   Cream cheese

½ tsp.   Garlic salt

Directions:

1.          Brown meat & onion. Add tom. Paste, water, salt & pepper- simmer 5 min. Heat milk & cream cheese. Stir in parmesan, garlic salt & noodles. Layer meat & sauce twice in baking dish.

2.         Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

3.         Serves 6 to 8
