Sandy’s Pizza Dough – Cindy Leishman

Preheat oven to 425°

1 pkg. Yeast

1 cup warm water

1 tsp. Salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 ½ cups flour

Dissolve yeast in sugared (1/2 T.) water. Let set in warm place for 10 to 15 minutes. Grease pizza pan.  Slowly mix remaining ingredients together in bread mixer. Stir in bubbling yeast. Sprinkle cornmeal on greased pan to aid in rolling out dough. Roll out dough. Add sauce and toppings. Sprinkle on cheese the last 5 minutes of baking. Bake 20 minutes. Double recipe to make large cookie sheet pizza.
