Oreo Filling (40 truffles) – Julie Wessman

One package Oreo cookies, NOT double stuff
8 oz cream cheese, softened

Crush the Oreos in a food processor until smooth.  Mix with the cream cheese.  Roll into  balls and refrigerate for an hour or freeze for 20 minutes before dipping.  These are perfect for dipping in white chocolate.
