Jen’s Favorite Craisin Salad – Sarah Adolphson Andersen

1 head red leaf lettuce

1 head green leaf lettuce

1 head iceberg lettuce

8 oz shredded mozerella cheese

8 oz shredded parmesan

Bacon bits

8 oz craisins

1 c sliced almonds, toasted.

 

Dressing:

½ c Red wine vinegar

1 c sugar

½ onion chopped

1 ½ tsp salt

2 tsp mustard

1 c oil

 

Put all ingredients except oil in blender and blend it up.  Then add oil and blend again.
