BEEF STROGANOFF – Chris Ball

2 lb. round steak, cubed                                   2/3  c. flour

1 can cream of chicken soup                             1 can water

1 can beef consomme’                                       1 pt. sour cream

1 sm. can sliced mushrooms      

Place flour in plastic sack and coat the round steak

cubes.  Pour cubes and remaining flour in pan.

            Brown in 2 T. oil.  Add soups and water.

            Simmer for 2 hours.

Just before serving, add sour cream and mushrooms.

Serve over rice or noodles.
