Oreo Cookie Dessert- Joshua Leishman

Ingredients:

1 pack of oreos

1 pack of cream cheese

1/2 c. butter, softened

1 c. powdered sugar

12 oz. whipped cream

2 (3 1/2 oz) pkgs instant vanilla pudding

3 cups milk

1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Crush cookies and put half in bottom of 9X 13 inch pan.
  2. Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar. Fold in Whipped cream.
  3. In separate bowl mix pudding, milk and vanilla for 2 minutes.
  4. Fold in cream cheese mixture and pour into pan on cookie crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs  on top. Chill overnight.
