My Favorite Fall Fruit Salad – Chelsea

      1 pomegranate

      3 chilled small sweet apples (like fuji or golden delicious)

      About 1/4 cup craisins (cherry juice infused)

      About 1/2 cup lite whipped topping

Remove pomegranate arils in water, drain. Chop apples into trident gum sized pieces. Combine arils, apples, and craisins. Stir in whipped topping until fruit is barely coated. Serve chilled within 1-2 hrs
