Corn Salsa

 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix, dry

¼ to 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1 can 15 oz. black beans, rinsed well and drained

1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained or frozen petite corn

1 can 4 oz. chopped green chilies, drained

½ cup red onion, diced

3 avocados, diced

5 to 6  tomatoes, diced or I can with 3 fresh tomatoes

                                    or 2 – 14 oz. cans petite diced tomatoes

                                    lime juice to squirt on avocados

                                    cilantro, chopped (optional)

Mix all together and serve with Tostitos Scoops Tortilla Chips
